Room#5 in The Feather Nest Inn! The inn is sustainably minded including sheets made from organic cotton and recycled plastic bottles, eco friendly towels and toiletries! It has knotty pine walls with vaulted ceilings. 1 queen bed in the bedroom and the living room has a full, lofted twin and a futon. Fully equipped kitchen. Cozy and comfortable. Well behaved pets allowed (with $35/ pet fee & signed damage agreement which will be in the room.)

We loved the Feather Nest Inn. It was absolutely perfect for our family and the trip. It was cozy, homey, comfortable, and perfectly located. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Grand Marais. Great place!

This was was a gem. Photos don’t do it justice. Absolutely had everything you could possibly need or want. From a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and eating, to the extensive bathroom needs. Handmade soaps and lotion, eco friendly toothbrushes and combs. Tons of towels and blankets. Phone chargers.. the decor is really cute and you can tell that a lot was repurposed , recrafted to perfection. I can’t think of anything bad to say… and I usually can find at least one. Not the Owls nest at Feathers Nest. Thank you for having my family feel so at home. It was a really special stay, on all honesty I wish we could of stayed longer. Next time we will bring our fur baby. They also had a very charming basket of pet essentials. We will put them to use next time. ❤️
